1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Your subscription will not renew after the current term expires.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product. We offer a strict 30-day money-back guarantee for all our paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with RealHumanize for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Since all orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, refunds are seamlessly handled through them.

To request a refund within the 30-day window, you can:

• Contact Paddle Support directly using the link in your purchase receipt email.
• Or, reach out to us at support@realhumanize.com with your account email and receipt, and we will initiate the refund process on your behalf through Paddle.

Refunds are generally processed within a few business days, depending on your original payment method.
